This recipe was delicious! I never seem to get vegan pancakes to an ideal consistency, but these were perfect! I will definitely make these again! Great recipe!

Hello!
Came across your blog through pinterest and this delish recipe that someone re-pinned of a picture of the pancake on the top. I’ve been pondering the idea of trying a self vegan challenege and from the recipes i’ve found (like this one!)I’m excited for the food journey and learning. Beautiful blog and photos and moments. Sunday morning was our pancake morning where my dad would make them and have NPR Sunday morning boroque playing. Pancakes, family, and tunes! Nothin’ better!

No, it wouldn’t have to be. You could use whole wheat, they just might be a little more dense. AP flour would work too or you could even do half/half of each.

These look absolutely delicious! I just stumbled upon your lovely blog the other day– it is gorgeous! The pictures, the words, the moments. Growing up, it was my dad’s job on Saturday mornings to make us pancakes too. As they cooked, he would carve into them and create shapes; the best was a hummingbird! It’s so great that your family shares this ritual as well. It makes for some amazing memories.
